i want ur help regarding the list of possible questions that can be asked by the HR while interview in BPO/CALL CENTRE for technical process( regarding computer Hardware and Networking)

Hi. They will probably want to see your people skills and technical knowledge. It would not be unusual to have a provocative question asked to see how you respond. How you would handle a tough customer. I assume you have good knowledge of their product. If not, study up!

Apart from technical knowledge u are needed to have confidence and presence of mind to handle the situation and answer the person back. A good english is must.
