Library Competition?

I gave a story entry to the library but its a cliff hanger because I didnt finish it.Can I still win??

Sounds like the chance you will win is also a cliff hanger... But many factors would affect the chance of your winning: other contestants' stories, the quality of your story, the judge's bias, etc. Hope you win though. :)

Some people like to end a story with a question, you do have a chance
