It doesn't mean anything. It's called the confirmation effect - you notice it when it happens, and don't notice when it doesn't.
Think about it - how often do you look at the time, or at numbers in general? For a lot of people, that happens constantly throughout the day. If you wrote down all the numbers you saw all day, including the time, money, billboards, etc, well, you wouldn't have time to do anything else, but you'd also notice that there's nothing special about 22. It's just your mind playing tricks on you.

are we talking about clocks new in the store? If so, Abraham Lincold died at 8:22 in the morning after he was shot. It is a timekeeper custom to set new clocks to this time. I will not buy a clock from a company that uses any other time. Tradition. Of course it is harder with digital.
