Right now my internet (According to an internet connection speedometer) is 200KBPS. Is that fast also?

your speed will be UP TO 8mb/s, if your line does not support 8 mb/s you will get best speed for line which is usually about 2-3 mb/s, now there is a difference between MB/s and mb/s, there are 8 mb in 1 MB, megabits and megabytes, your speed is 200KB/s so multiply by 8 = 1600kb/s or roughly 1.6MB/s. i say roughly because there are 1024 KB in 1 MB instead of 1000. if your download speed is 200KB/s that equals just under 1.6mb/s

8 MB is approximately 40 times faster than 200 KBPS

yes man 8MB is much faster than your current speed. 1024 kb makes 1 MB...now u got it?

8MB is faster than 200KB PS. As 1MB=1024KB PS.
