Has anyone used/seen Marcus Buckingham's method of personal development? He's a personal motivator from UK.?

I have just watched him on PBS. He places emphasis on embracing one's strengths versus emphasizing time on one's weaknesses. He sounds pretty good. And PBS says that he's been speaking at top corporations. He doesn't say that weaknesses should be ignored, but strengths are what people should focus on. He also has founded the: Pernell School which again, places emphasis on children's strengths versus weaknesses and working their lives via this method. Any takers on this method?

I have seen many people use similar strength based methods and been very successful. It is sort of in line with the Power of Position Thinking, but more or less says that you should focus on what you know best and increase it from there.
