I expect you will find that some of your friends may be feeling exactly the same way. Make sure you take your sanitary protection with you, along with something comfortable to wear. Take some pain killers with you in case you have pains. Although you say that you are due on, you may not start until after your sleepover. Stop worrying. Enjoy yourself.

Darling, if you fret over it, you are inviting problems. Simply wear a pad, and don't give it a thought. If you convince yourself you are going to have issues, then you surely will-you will talk yourself right into it. Tell yourself you are a mature young woman, blessed with the gift of being able to have a normal period, and all will be well. Its all in the attitude. Keep a midol handy if you think you will need it. A period is a gift-remember that. It may be inconvenient, but take it from someone who was forced to have a hysterectomy at a very young age-I would welcome a period, and all it represents. Celebrate your womanhood, don't curse it!

You'll be fine - it is inconvenient but you can guarantee your periods will always come on at the most inconvenient time until you are middle-aged!
Just make sure you take enough stuff with you to deal with it, and if you need to take some painkillers to feel better then do it. Your friends are probably all having the same problem anyway, so don't worry about it.

You shouldn't have to change your pad every hour, and they are so thin that nowadays its not like a diaper! Have fun, take something for the cramps without caffiene (like pamprin) like tylenol and laugh and have a great time! One thing I'd wish I'd know sooner in life is that people are usually so darn busy worrying about how they may screw up that they usually don't have too much time to worry about you! Trust me, chances are NO ONE will notice anything! Have fun

Hey sweetie, don't get worried over it, it happens to the best of us.. plus, if you worry about it you won't enjoy your sleepover as much!!
all you have to do is make sure you have plenty of sanitary protection with you maybe an extra set of undies and dark trousers or jeans... maybe some painkillers if you suffer from period pain.
your friends will understand and i'm sure they will lighten your mood. you'll have loads of fun and probably even start to wonder what you were worried about!!
don't fret about it, you never know your luck, maybe your period won't turn up untill sunday or monday!
Have a great time!!!
take care

you must not worry about it. It happens with everyone. Make sure that you wear dark coloured clothes and have extra pads, whenever you feel pain you can lie down with a hot water bag and distract yourself by talking to them or by watching tv. Your friends will understand the problem.

Relax and don't forget to breathe. Proper breathing will help with most anxieties. We've all been through it. It is a totally natural occurrence. Only those with insecurities about their own life, would attempt to tease you. Play it off as if you are the pro. If you act as if it's no big deal, then it will probably be no big deal.

Periods are just a normal thing in life.. you don't need to constantly talk to your mates about the fact that your on.
Just take some pads or tampons or whatever you use, take some pain killers and have fun!!

dont be embarrassed about the situation every woman gets them its just one of them things! have you tried to use tampons, they are a blessing in disguise really they are really discreet and there is less chance of leaking, use a super size and it should last about 5 hours, go to the toilet just before you go to sleep and put a pad on too just in case and go again soon as you wake up!!

Good Luck hope it all goes well.
