How do you tell the difference between latinos ,-as and arabs ,persians or indans.
they mosty look alike. there any difference without knowing where they come from first?

Just as how do you tell the difference between Germans, Irish, Caucasion Americans, English..."they mostly look alike"

You could also say how do you tell the difference between any people with brown/black hair and brown eyes. To truly find out the difference, ask them that is, unless you are a linguist and can immediately pick up on their accents and determine which language they are using. Even then you could be wrong. My husband is of Arab descent but was born and raised in Iran. He speaks both Arabic and Farsi and if you put a baseball cap on him he looks American. Other nationalities to be considered are Italians, Greeks, Corsicans, Portuguese, Sri-Lankins, Indonesians, Bangladesh, Afghan and Pakistanis. There are more, but these are also very commonly seen here in this country as well as world wide. If you are that curious, strike up a friendly conversation and ask in a sincere manner. You just may make a new friend and learn something.

Try listening to the accent or observing the culture. And Indians and Arabs really don't look that much alike, you can tell.
