Well you can use a voice over IP service such as Vonage or one of the many. They allow you to connect your existing cordless phone to the router and use the internet for phone calls. (saves alot of money in the process.)

Don't buy one, even if you can get one. Lots of people having problems with the BT home hub on wireless. tick with a separate router and cordless phone.

In the UK the product that springs to mind is the BT Home Hub.
I can't think of anything available in America.
