Same way you do with any other kind of connection.

Open a browser, enter "www.yahoo.com", and follow the prompts to set up an account.

Why?
Broadband is only a way for you to connect to the internet.
You just to sign up for Yahoo, select your ID and your password.
Is there any problem with that?
