The only other place I can think of would be the local S&M establishment, where people pay to lick someone's tall, lacy, spike-heeled leather boots...
At work it's more @ss kissing than boot licking.

im assuming in the lower east side of nyc any dominatrix would have more than their share as well so it would depend on what boot camp were speaking of as to who would have more?
