Yesterday I posted the following question here:

In all but a few answers from Republicans you hear the same flawed utopic self-reliance jumble that prays opportunity is out there for everyone- Republicans are the hard working market-minded ones and that Democrat voters are just the lazy spoiled people looking to benefit from the welfare. So my question would be,why do YOU republicans assume that all people currently enrolled on welfare are liberals? If it was mandatory to ask what party someone belongs to when enrolling for goverment assistance, wouldnt numbers be torn between repubs and dems? Data for 2004 presidential ellections shows that Kerry raked in 56% of votes from people who held *post-graduate*education, while bush only raked in about 44%.So I ask, did that majority of lazy "Commies"as you republicans like to dub got that far ahead in life by sucking on welfare?

To koalatnomics: . You seem too focused on the head of the question which is merely illustrative, and ignored my detailed core question. Your listing of FACTS seems more like an attempt to make moral judgements about the democratic party, than answering my question, which was made very clear. I understand that is a very tough question for neo-cons to answer.

I dont consider self-reliance a jumbled concept- It is what drives progess and our economic leadership. In fact, the intent of this question is to show that's not a concept only conservatives bear in mind

As a highly educated liberal, I think we should consider the underlying truth of the neo-conservative view. The majority of Americans do not have a post grad. degree or college degree. Liberals like to debate the idea of an issue - the conservatives like to debate the reality. This is where the neo-con's have been so clever - they understand that the majority of American's will settle for temporary solutions that provide immediate relief as apposed to long term solutions that will correct the underlying problem. For instance, let's say that you were a working parent whose house was dangerously close to foreclosure: the liberal view would be to research the underlying fundementals of the housing and loan markets, compare them to historical narratives, debate, modify and then after much research, three years later come up with a very sophisticated well thought out piece of legislation that would correct the lending oversights and ultimately protect the consumer. The Conservatives would pass legislation within three weeks providing immediate relief of all homes in foreclosure and then tack the expense to our national deficit and eventually be repaid by the same middle class tax payer whose house was in foreclosure. The republicans understand very well and to the liberal detriment that if someone is holding a gun to your head you don't debate gun control - you try to escape the immediate danger. Liberals have and have always had the average man agenda. We must stay on point and make our party less about debate and more about action.

Talicons are just confused about their own lives, you know double wide trailer park living. Being jealous of the Liberals and mad as hell from their own unproductive life styles they had the need to cheat and con their way through life. The dirty tricks squad isn't working anymore on the Internet when most people have realized that most of the profiling and spam is really coming out of Israel and the other Middle East Countries posing as Americans. All I say is don't be fooled by the Internet and last Novembers results prove what the American public really thinks about the whole mess at hand.

Because cynical men craving political power have a genuine need to win American votes by using hate speech about liberals, the dreaded enemy within.

The wrong way? LMFAO....THE WRONG WAY???? ROFL....yeah right. Perhaps your not old enough to remember when Clionton vetored welfare reform four successive times, shut the government down and then blamed the stalemate on the republicans. Give me a break pal...Please define for me, what is the wrong way? The standard bearer of your party for the previous administration had standards that not only the working poor, but most other individuals of any type of career orientation wouldnt ascribe to.

- The only president ever impeached on grounds of personal malfeasance
- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions from abroad
- First president disbarred from the US Supreme Court and a state court
I prefer not to rely on a system of government brought about by special interest that produces a leader of this caliber. I perfer my own standards and self management for life.

A postive lifestyle and a prosperous future requires self reliance. its not a ...jumbled concept...its how this country was started.

These arent poltical ideas im speaking of but FACTS...THE COLD HARD ONES ABOUT YOUR FORMER LEADER THAT MOST PELOSI ITES WOULD LOVE TO IGNORE.....
add to those some other events.

travelgate,
filegate,
whitewater
the cattle futures fiasco
the health care fiasco
the vince foster coverup
monica, jennifer, paula
the montana land grab
the lincoln bedroom rental.

THE WRONG WAY???? thats rich...sorry but i think its dead on and supporting that type of poltics in any form is no only the wrong thing to do...its very very sad.
