You've asked an age-old nonsense question that people have been asking for hundreds of years.
Since all religions are based on faith and not experimental data (from which proofs are derived), there is neither any way to "prove" that any diety exists, nor is it a viable theological pursuit. There are still pockets of people around who try to give pseudo-scientific proofs that their deity exists, but they are making fools of themselves. They usually spend all their time trying to DISprove other peoples' dieties, or disprove evolution, or anything else that does not require proof that their own god exists. That is because such a proof is impossible in the faith-based precepts of religion itself.

Let's start with a brief description of what God is like for each religion that exists in the world today. In Christianity, we call Him a Trinity God which means God, His Son, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. In Koran, they believe Jesus doesn't exist and their "God" is Prophet Muhammad, who was a human being. In Hinduism, there are too many "Gods" with too many hands as what you can see if you go to India and from the pictures. The same goes for Buddhism, their "Gods" are in the form of idols. God is real for sure if you believe the right God. If you read carefully my above descriptions, you'd realized that ONLY in Christianity, we have a God who's neither in the form of a normal human being who didn't die for the sins of the people nor in the form of idol. Yes, Jesus was conceived by Mary thru the Holy Spirit and He died on the cross to save the people from their sins. But Prophet Muhammad died just like any other normal human being died, doing nothing for the salvation of the people. He just wrote books on his own beliefs and philosophy. Buddhism and Hinduism teach what Gautama Buddha taught before he died. And his teaching is also based on his own philosophy. I'd say none of these koran, buddhism or hinduism teachings were inspired by the Holy Spirit unlike the Bible. Please spend time reading the bible at all costs, believe what God is telling thru His bible and you'll see miracles of your faith happening in your life. And whether these miracles in Christianity would invalidate a person of another religion, we hardly know because it all depends on their sources for those miracles that are happening in their life as there could be "faked" miracles that comes from satan. I guess this is rather difficult for us to judge on this point. Ponder upon this : If God is so real in others who aren't Christians, why would He want to appear in the form of idol or as a normal ordinary prophet? Why can't He just have direct communication and relationship with the people like how the Christians have with Him? Judge for yourself, which One proves to be the absolute right One?

i'm in person-friendly words a individual with restricted perceptions, a twin of everybody else. I believe God does exist, yet no longer in any anthropomorphic experience that should be waiting to be shown or measured scientifically. This being the most in all probability reason behind the a even as old debate, I finish that i will not provide any pleasant answer that ought to convince you both way.

There is only ONE GOD. The collective, true and righteous nature of the Human Being is GOD. Get back to your true SELF and you will believe in GOD. You have no problem believing in yourself, right? Even though you are in a fallen state right now. Imagine the awesomeness to come forth from the Human Family when we each become perfected. There are people in the world today who practice a higher spirituality, sinlessness and perfection. GOD LIVES. Become one with GOD.

Very good question although I think you could have gone about it in a way where you weren't so blatantly attacking those who believe in a higher power. Basically all I am going to say is that a religion is what suits a person. If a person truly believes that their faith is the right one then that is all that matters. If you truly believe there is no higher power then that is all that matters, as long as the person truly believes in their chosen status of being a believer on non-believer!

Your God and My God is a misconception. God is one and called in different names. Since God is Omnipresent He will answer the prayers of all irrespective of the religion, nation or language. Only thing is that the prayer should emanate from the heart. Hence I do not consider that there are several gods, only several manifestations of the same God to suite the time and circumstances. Regarding proof, your SELF is your own proof. nagarajan.

You're missing the point here. It's the same God seen from different perspectives and cultures.
Faith (real or not) is what keeps people going.Religion is the ultimate expression of everyone's hopes and dreams, there is no point in proving anything.

The truth about God is plain to you, because God has made it plain to you. His divine nature can be clearly seen and understood from what has been made, so the Bible says, that you are without excuse.
Seek ye the Lord while He may be found
Call upon Him while He is near.

i don't really believe that any gods exist, and none of us can actually prove this because god made it so that only the strong believers that trusted in him would get into heaven or something.
but i think that it doesn't really matter whether you're a Muslim, Buddha, Christian....etc.. as long as you don't commit any sins and live a good life.... ^-^
