I am seriously worried about you! Firstly because you seem to have a problem with excess body gases and now you are admitting to watching Richard and Judy. The Urine question is a valid one though and it is supposed to have cleansing properties but it's not the kind of thing you mention to your friends (particularly as they have stayed around despite your wind!).

I laugh of all the answers to this question.
I have afriend who drinks urine, both him and his wife. He is a vegan and does not polute his body with certain things.
He recycles his liquids but sometimes needs to introduce new liquids such as water, or juice.
He has been doing it for years, and they are happy with it. I have my personal values but would do it, but there is always a right for every wrong.
Drinking urine is a similar social phenomena as eating prawns/srimps. As many of you may know in Japan shrimps are dirty and considered disgusting since they feed in rotting meat in the seas and rivers.
Also, and this is mostly for the disgusted ladies, your ignorance impresses me. The expensive beauty products you buy from Channel, Nivea, Neutrogena and so on, all have urine (but they call it Urea) so people will not know.
MOst of the products that contain Urea are beauty products, for face, hands, body, nails, etc. Even shaving and hair removal creams have high dosages or urine.
Sperm is much better for your skin that urine, and this is a proven fact. (No offense here.)

A bush craft book I have recommends rubbing it on your the skin of your feet to avoid athletes foot if you can't change boots for a while.
Apparently if you drink your urine from first thing in the morning the minerals that you pass in the night are reabsorbed better.
Over a million people worldwide drink their urine every day.
Can't say I've been tempted.

They call it urine therapy, but it's not supposed to be ingested back in the body because it's our waste product. It's excreted because it cannot be metabolized and put to good use anymore.
It's serves as some kind of first aid though, after a jellyfish sting. Some guy wrote that above.

no! drinking it especially isn't, we are doing in biology lessons at school lol.
u shudnt drink it cos it contains all the waste products from the body especially urea which is poisonous if in too high amounts in the body which is why the kidneys hav to filter the blood stream to get rid of it.
using in the skin however is common for dry skin conditions as wee contains urea which is used in concentrate in many dry skin relief creams in small quantitys.

Are you taking the piss?
Of course this is neither a sensible nor safe thing for you to do. Your urine is your bodies system of removing waste products and potential toxins, no one should be drinking it. I find it increasingly astonishing as I spend time on answers, that people are so gullible!
