Hey,

I know what you mean by people treating you differently, and you can fortunately change that!! Unfortunately, it will take a bit longer that you might like to do it in a safe way! but on the other side it will also be something that'll last you.

What you need it a change of lifestyle, i would recommend:

- looking at the portion sizes you eat, you need to eat little and often (5-6 times a day) as this will teach you metabolism to work faster.

- then you need to look at what you meals consist of. your diet should be made up of 60% carbs (mostly starchy), 10% protein and 30% fat.

- snack on fruit, veg, unsalted nuts, driet fruit, and low fat yoghurts.

- drink lots of water (2-2.5 l. a day) this will make you feel more full and help get rid of toxins in you body!

- exercise regularly, doesn't have to be in a gym, go for dayli long walks, go climbing one weekend, get a bike ect. that is an exercise for everybody just to find the right one.

- most importantly, believe in yourself, and be confident you can do it, because you can.

If you find it hard to understand what to eat to get the nutrients right, book an appointment with a nutritionist just to give you a starting point!

Most importantly, take you time to do this so you get it right, most people who diets in a rush alway fail and it makes them loose their confidence and they'll never do it, and it's also not good for you too loose alot of weight in a short periode of time. it put too much stress on your body.

I hope this helps you! Good luck!!
Inhopr this helps you!!

There is no healthy way to lose fat fast. All these diets that say lose 10 pounds in 10 days may work in the short term, but as soon as you start eating normally the weight will go back on.
The best way to lose weight is to change your diet gradually. If you eat 3 mars bars a day cut down to two per day for a week, then one. Then work your way down to one per week. If you just cut things out completely, you will start craving them, then binge, then get all miserable.

Build up an exercise routine. Again if you go too hard, too quickly, you will just end up hurting yourself and losing motivation.

Let others know how important this is to you, so that they don't keep dragging you to KFC or the like, and they can support you.

And remember that everything is good for you in moderation.

Try not to let others get you down. If you feel comfortable with the size you are, don't diet just because Nicole Ritchie lost another kilo this week. Life is to be lived, not measured and counted every step of the way.

The fastest way is to take liquid alkaline diet.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.

Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Eat a lot of vegetables. I'm not saying avoid meat. Eat only the right calories you needed for the day. Avoid not eating anything. I'm not sure about this but what I heard is that men needed 4000 or 2500 (I'm not really sure) calories while women need 2000. Avoid fats. Eat a food that is high in proteins than carbohydrate. Check the nutrition facts on the container. Also try exercising or sports. You need to burn those fats. Also, try not to eat many during dinner or past 8:30, i think. Remember when you consume more calories than what you need, those calories will become fats that is a lot harder to burn.
