Get some Allopurinol to take care of the excess uric acid in the future, and also get some form of NSAID to take care of the swelling and pain now.
DRINK A LOT OF WATER EVERYDAY and this will seriously help you flush uric acid from your system and prevent future problems.

You sound like you have a very acidic body.
I am a detox specialist and the detox I teach people have ever helped people recover from Gout and problems related to uric acid pain.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Pls see your dr to find out if this heel pain is caused by a condition called gout. Gout is caused by excessive amounts of uric acid crystals. It is mostly common in men but women can get it too although it's pretty rare for them to have it happen to them.
