Take atleast 600 gms of garlic cloves (monthly) well cooked with other food. In two to three months, there would be no need to cover your hair with scarf nor will you have the sneezing problem and the resultant loss of sleep.

your nose becomes dry, rinse it with water before sleeping and drink water as well.
may be weather is becoming hot start a/c, you need cool air in your room.
check your blood pressure with doctor, may be low.
every day when you get up, rinse your nostrils with fresh water.
may be you work in somewhere dusty area.
it has no relation with covering your head, better don't cover it, while sleeping.

It's just a morning thingy that you have there. An allergic reaction to your room because of the dust. Nothing really serious. You just have to clean your room:)
