We were together for 5 years. He was very controlling and when I let him move in with me things really got bad. I begged him to move out, possibly things might go bad to being good if he did. But he would not budge, I believe, because it was not his idea (seriously). Finally things got so bad that he just up and split without saying a word. He's been gone nearly a year and, although I knew of his whereabouts from mutual friends, I have avoided him like the plague. Now a friend tells me that he requested my phone number from her. She would not give it to him without first consulting me. What should I do?

Do nothing. Stand firm your decision. He is already ex. Why worry. What can he do to you. He is not going to kill you , is it ? So why worry ???

some thoughts...

you like the plague? really?
then be prepared to have it again if you give the plague your number...even if he has ... haha.. "changed"

you're NUTS!

truth hurts, huh?

Maybe he needs something familiar to abuse and feel in control, again
It really doesn't matter

move on...been there done that...

maybe you like this sort of thing?

there are soo many good men out there...go to church maybe?

Well let him have your # but if he trys to lay some moves on you & trys to get you back you say no! Cause nobody just walks out on you without saying anything about it & then one day just trys to get your #. So give it to him but don't fall for anything if he trys to pull something!
