It doesn't mean anything!

Literally:

your an idiot to look this upwards

maybe it shoud be : "vous etes un idiot pour regarder ceci vers le haut".

then "your" would become " you are":

"you are an idiot to look this upwards"

I have an inkling that the first word was actually said in two:
"Vous êtes" which would translate the whole sentence into:
"You are an idiot to look at this towards the top."

The sentence Has no meaning. I will translate it literally

you an idiot if you look at this in an upper way


It is the first word which is badly written

I'm guessing it is intended to mean "You are an idiot for looking this up?" .... but it doesn't, since "looking it up" is slang. : )
