see everything depends upon u and in engg dont worry about the marks of internals,in professional courses most of the peoples start studying before 1 month or some before 15days..
but if u have the urge to improve--
1)ask your professor of respective subjects about the important topics
2)collect last 3-4 yrs univ question papers,u will find some of the question repeats more than others, mark them
3)it is vital to follow good text book ask ur proff about it,u may not get all topics in the same book, get some parts xeroxed.if notes are delivered in ur class follow it.
4)there is no time table that anyone could suggest u not knowing ur college timings,ur habits etc,so try to set it urself.
start studying each subject but no at a time....u may follow any one of two strategies, like u may allot 2-3 days for each subject, try to cover most of the syllabus within that time.or study 2 subjects every day.and revise before going to bed by just turning the pages and writing the formulas in a separate page.
5) In engg group study helps a lot,u and ur 2 or 3 frnds each decide some subjects which u will cover and teach all other frnds,u study ur part and if some problem is there u and ur frnds try to solve it up,otherwise go to proff.grp study resuces mental and work pressure....each one of u have to just cover 1chapter and at the very same time 4chapters are prepared!!!!!

so best of luck for ur sem!!!!!!keep studying and dont worry
its really nice to see ur taking ur studies seriously frm the beginning, and u have wish to perform well....
