It is hard to answer your problem with out know something about you and why you feel the way you do. Every person is different and what might work for one might not work for another. I am a spirituailist and believe we are incharge of the space aound us. We can control our own lives and what we what out of it. but like everything else if you want a change you must work at it. If you need help reachout for it weither from a friend, a doctor, your church or a spirituallist like myself for all of us these days needs help once in awhile.. If you do nothing, nothing is what you will get. Life is precious and to waste one is unforgivable. I have worked in my field for meny years and have taken meny journies with the people I have worked with and to see just one that has found his/hers path of life is a blessing. I know your saying this guy is a cack that is ok I am a happy cack. I have been where you are now for in 1990 I ended up in a wheelchair from a desasie I have had for years and it finilly showed itls ugly head, I though my life was over that I wouldn't be able to help others ever again I closed myself up from everyone for about three month. I really thought my life was over. Then one day not just one of my journies showed up at my door one day but 20 them and they all told me the same as I told them and you I forgot to ask. that day was my trun around back to what I love doing and I find more people are more receptive to me then ever. You have really taken the small first step by asking a question. Please don't stop here keep asking.

One thing I've learned in nearly 53 years is that tomorrow's a new day. Everything will change tomorrow. It might even be worse, but it's still a new day with new possibilities. All wounds heal, and those that hurt the most make you stronger. If you really hate your life then do something about it. Change whatever you need to change. And don't leave God out of it. Ask Him for help. If you don't know God, get to know Him. Go to church somewhere this weekend.

YOU DON'T!
If you want your life to change - change it!
NOTHING can be bad enough to be worth your precious life!Set some goals, ask for help and if you can't buck up an struggle to make a difference. You get out of life what you put into it. Always remember that someone out there has it harder. That motto got me through a lot of tough life experiences, but I didn't give up (even though I thought of it) because I knew the consequences of my actions would an eternity of torture. I struggled and I worked and I changed my life for the better. And I'm sure you can too!!

I had a stroke at 29.That was is 2003.
I have worked so damn hard, to learn how to do the most simple things, and its been an uphill struggle.
I can move about indoors now,but not outside yet, and I move like a stoned play-mobile character.
And...I',m a bit jealous of you.
you can move, without thinking about it.
so, if someone can be jealous of you, (even me), why would you want to end it?
When I was feeling down, at the very beginning, someone was jealous of me, because I was in better condition than them.
It really turned me around!

give it up!!

you have cried out for attention long enough - go get some help or DO some of the suggestions that have been offered

you already know that suicide is stupid and not the way to go

why are you scared to die? You don't hate everything about your life -= you like your comjputer, you like yahoo, you like all kinds of crap - stop focusing on the negative

quit focusing on the problem and focus on the solution - JUST DO IT!!

Im Not Afraid To Die

Why would committing suicide be a better option than going to the ER or your family doctor and asking for help? I don't understand that. Pretty much the cure for any of the mental health problems is....Medication, rest, exercise, nutrition, sunlight, fun, and THERAPY. Hello! Sounds much more easy than suicide....AND the benefit is....a good life, hope, and a much stronger individual.

Go see your family doctor silly and tell him how you feel...or go to the ER....and get your much better life back.

Note: Heaven is full.

Maybe you will find that you do not want to die anymore after being locked up for a while.. So if you want help call the crisis line, even if you do not want help , call the crisis line.

I know how it feels to be in that situation, maybe not 100% but I understand to some extent. Find someone to confide in, you'd be surprised who cares. Just find someone to talk too, it will help. Deep down you don't want to die, you want someone to understand, to care. Suicide is a coward's way out. I hope I helped in some way. You can contact me if you want to unload your problems a little. I hope things get brighter for you.

While you are thinking you have little to offer, you'd be surprised that you are still around in order to help someone else.

If someone has hurt your feelings, don't let them win by agreeing with whatever negativity that's been placed in you.
