when a girl has told you (last year) that she just wanna be friends, can you ask her out? however, for the past few months you have been offering your help for her and you have also made a birthday card for her. you both are 15. but, there is another boy who is also after her and you do not know if it is requited.
in this case, how do you ask her out without directly implying that you want to be with her? please help..

dude. u seriously don't no anythin. just tell her. there's a big chance u'll get together. it's the best way. seriously. I've seen many people at my school do that and they're successful. so do the same

If she already told you that she just wants to be friends. Trust me, respect what she already told you.
Some girls like it when you play hard to get. So if you lay off and just act like you like her as a friend and only a friend, she might start liking you more than a friend.
I know it's weird, but we're weird.

ask her if she wants to go out, as a friend, and not something serious like a date. Be persistent and friendly. Maybe in the future she'll change the way she feels about you.

If she made it clear that she just wanted to be friends before, then realistically she probably hasn't changed her mind.
Either the attraction is there or it isn't.
