As others have said time is a great healer, but in the meantime take up a new activity to keep you busy. Sport is a good option as as well as keeping you busy, it also makes you feel good as your body releases endorphins into your body.
A few years ago when I'd had a bad break up with a boyfriend I decided I'd like to try to run a half marathon. I hadn't really done much running before, so I devised a training schedule and over a few months trained, and then finally ran a half marathon. As well as feeling better by the end, I'd also managed to lose a few pounds for the summer!

Really hun you can only let time do its thing, only time can mend the heart. But for the time being go out with friends, enjoy their company, dont do rebounds cause they dont work they do for the moment but the feeling will be there 2mrw. So just take up a new hobby like painting, pottery etc.
The rest is up2 time to do the mending
All the best mate and Good Luck

Try in small steps to get rid of "the things" who bring back memories and build yourself a new life. This gonna take some time-
take care!

I know EXACTLY how u feel :) The best thing to do is cut all ties of him so no phone calls emails etc it's best to delete his number so ur not tempted to ring. Make sure your friends look out for you. Hide all pictures/ gifts etc because if you throw them away you might regret it. The best healer is time, and I wish you the best of luck and one day you'll met someone who is truly special :)

it will take time,.. just let your emotion eat u up for the meantime. but give yourself an amount of time only. do not dwell on the heartache forever. you can cry a river for now, but stand up after... seeing a lot friends will do and seeking God's guidance is the best. good luck.

not the answer you want honey but time, plain and simple. feels like your world has just ended but you will get over it. keep yourself busy and be around friends or family to keep yourself occupied. it's going to be hard but you will find someone worthy of you in the end.

try and find out what is it that made him break up with you, maybe from that you can find some consolation and peace of mind and try to move-on, good luck, you'll need it, that one thing you never get over!
