You realize you're only 13 and life is just beginning for you.
Go out! Do something, go to the mall, go shopping, go to concerts. Go where people are socializing and get out of that anxious/nervous mood and just jump right into it. You won't regret it.
Your life is at it's start, just get out and do something!

I had teen troubles too when I was your age, honey. I'm now 49. You have such a long way to go to learn to grow up, not just grow old. Your honesty here is appreciated. You are entitled to your feelings too, including hate. I can't change your feelings. But I saw you on a bus or a train, I might wink at you and smile. You have a good heart underneath all that crap. Keep seeking it. It will take years but don't stop. The crap will slough off in time and talk to only safe others about them. A mature aunt might be a good idea or adopt an aunt, if there ever is such a thing.
I don't want to end my life, although I'm still learning to grow up day to day. We cannot turn the proverbial clock back as I age physically, but, when I grow up, sometimes my face will shine from inside which helps me see beyond the creases on the face.
You are worth it. Live your life one day at a time....
;) and :)

You know I felt that same way as yours when I was in Grade school. But no matther how I hate the world and times that I've thought of suicide, I never did it anyway. Even if I'm still depressed until now, I promised myself never to give up (I'm also shy and quiet like you and too nervous to speak because of what might people think of me).
Do you wanna know why I didn't kill myself even if I've thought of suicide many times?
- First, they say suicide is a great sin. You'll go to hell as they say.
- Second, I know God has better plans for me in the future especially after the hurts I've been through.
- Third, your life is long. You still can have the chance to change it.
After my experience, I promised myself not to affect my studies with my emotions or what I feel. After that, my grades started to go up. Remember, your bright future depends on your studies.
So here's what you have to do. Read stories that have the same story as yours. Why not be inspired and have hope from those stories? Surely, one day you'll get out of that misery.

Try to talk to your parents about your problems.Don't just sit and take it all inside you. They should take you to see a specialist.Above all don't lose hope.We all have problems in our lives but we're dealing with them. You're not alone in this world. You're still very young and things will only get better as you grow up.Try being optimistic and try enjoying the things you like to do.Your parents don't hate you, they love you as all parents do.I'm a parent myself and if my boy was thinking as you do I'd be more than glad to help him sort it out.Your parents are the same I'm sure.

Don't worry about school. You may well have social anxiety, so see a school counselor, or preferably your doctor, who may recommend therapy and/or a medication like Paxil. View http://www.socialphobiaworld.com/modules.php (/modules.php) & http://socialanxietysupport.com/ Try to find things you are good at, like art/crafts, music, or sport, and develop those things, asking questions of others there, and finding out what they are like. Take up Tai Chi and/or yoga. I strongly doubt that your parents hate you, but you may not have a good relationship with them at present. Join (free) at www.myspace.com Click on "groups" in an upper toolbar, select "other" and enter "social anxiety", choosing a group, maybe changing later, possibly exchanging IM or email addresses, even phone numbers (careful, here). Also Yahoo; groups & Google; groups.

Hi dear!
hey hey what's all that ??you're so young to think like that that!don't give up on yourself ,you're 13 so you are a new teenager, and at this age you need to feel loved,if your parents are failing somehow at making you feel that, you should start loving yourself,
if you don't like academics ,look for something you really enjoy, and be good at it,like a sport or any hobby.
fill your time, because the time you spend alone with nothing to do helps bring negative thoughts!!
ok dear?keep yourself busy and pray, pray deeply..God loves you more than you imagine.
I want to be your friend how about that? :) Take care of yourself.

13 is a difficult age to deal with life's issues, be strong and set a goal and reach for it, friends are a dime a dozen some friends will use you some will be there until the end, don't get caught up in life's juggling act. be true to yourself there is a huge world waiting for you to explore, if you need someone to talk to message me , I had a rough life growing up, my parents where alcoholics and if you wanna hear some stories I will tell you. keep up your hopes and dreams.

yes it is i again, i guess you would remember me. Well it is the weekend so i am going to suggest that you call the local crisis line. You can talk on the phone, cause no one can see you so what do you worry about that for. now if you tell me by getting intouch with me, i will be glad to call them for you, or even have the police come and get you and take you to an hospital, cause once again, i am going to tell you killing yourself is not an opinion. Even if you think it is , it is not going to cure anything. So PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PHONE AND CALL THE LOCAL CRISIS LINE, OR AN ER, OR GO TO AN ER, OR CALL THE POLICE, AND THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU TO GET THAT HELP THAT YOU REALLY NEED, AND YOU NEED IT NOW. So please do that ok. Look i could not talk to people neither , but i can know, and you know if you are feeling this way then you need to get some help and get it now, so please make the call, i could talk to people on the phone, so that should not be a problem for you, so please call and get help. And please do it now.
