I remeber that my pastor use to say that even lutherans, and methodist would go to hell. Do you all still believe this?

your pastor was saying that nominal christians are not saved; he was not saying that they will go to hell for not being baptist; no baptist has ever taught that.

Ive been in and out of Baptist Churches since I was 7 and I never heard one preacher say that. I am now settled in a church I love and I know that our pastor, who by the way is my brother, does not believe or teach that. I have heard people say this before so I assume some baptist at some point must have believed it but I don't think it has ever been the majority view of the Baptist church or the Southern Baptist Convention.

I'm Baptist and no I don't believe that. The thief on the cross next to Jesus wasn't baptized. Baptism is symbolic

You were taught wrong.
† We believe that in Christ we are to treat one another as brothers and sisters who love one another, whatever our race, religion or language.
† We believe in religious liberty for all people. The gospel is free for all and cannot be limited by government nor should the church seek to use government to persuade or influence faith.
† We believe faith is a matter of individual decision and response, promoted by the Holy Spirit. Faith is a gift of God's grace and must never be the result of coercion.

Of course they still believe it. It's one of the backbones of the Christian Faith: "Everyone except for me is wrong and evil."
It's one of the ways they keep their morale up: Denouncing everyone else while ignoring their own blind spots.
