what kind of egg ? from what bird or reptile ? what weights the egg ? why do you want to do it with only 4 newspapers ?
what are the sizes of the newspapers, what kind of paper is it ? are you allowed to use any other materials besides 4 newspapers ? if yes what materials ? should the parachute work ?, if so in what atmosphere, what wind velocities ?, what if it rains ?

you need to be much more specific.

you can not just take some egg, some 4 nerwspapers and hopla a parachute ...

dont you have a big brother ?

hi,
i recall this from school..a 1 story egg drop with a paper chute and hope the egg does not break on landing... you can do this one of 2 ways.... 1, take all 4 sheets of newspaper and bring all 4 corners together and staple.... then you wrap the egg carrier through that stapled corner... or if you are allowed to, 2nd... you make 2 chutes, of 2 newspaper sheets each, as described above.... put a staple on the top of the lower chute with a string in it...and then do the same at the bottom of the upper chute... hence a double chute. use small thin staples, as large ones will make it weighty and break your egg. good luck!!! i hope this helped! :)
