I met this girl when I was in head start and then didn't see her again til we were 13 and we always knew we liked each other, then we lost touch and saw her again when we were 17 and I let her go again, and now 4 years later I found her she gave me her number and agree to talk later, the only thing is that I don't know what to say since I think I really love her, and I don't know how to express her since I get really nervous in front of her and the thing is that I really don't want to loose her.

Don't just say outright how you feel, it could scare her a bit. Take her out to dinner and be playful with her, tease her, make her laugh when you can, and give her only one compliment about how good she looks in whatever it is she's wearing. Too many compliments make you seem too nice. She will know how you feel and what you want without you saying it. Women get a lot more excited when you say things indirectly through body language and tone rather than saying things outright. When you've been dating her for a couple weeks or a month... then tell her that you love her. It would have a lot more impact at that time and wouldn't scare her one bit.
