can anyone explain a Kcal kcal and a calorie?

i'm dont understand Kcal kcal and a calorie. i know 1000 kcal = I Kcal but which is the same as a calorie like u c on food labels?

A calorie in nutrition is equal to a kilocalorie in chemistry.

In nutrition a Kcal is a 1000 calories, the reason it's written as Kcal on lables is that one calorie is a very small amount of energy, and it's easier to write it in Kcal. Although alot of people always say calories when they are talking about Kcal and this is wrong!!
