if a guy tells a girl that he likes her....but she says "she wont have a BF through highschool and university, and parents wont allow it either".... how much of the time do girls just say it as an excuse ....or do they really mean it?

yeah it's definitely an excuse many teens defy their parents, can parents really tell you what to do when u are in college, no!!! This excuse is not used that often, I would say its used when it's used 95% of the time its an excuse.

It's obvious when they don't mean it when they flirt like crazy. That just means they are a tease. It would depend on the girl if it is just an excuse and of course, how attractive personality/looks wise the askee is and if she does it to every guy. I'd do a little asking around her social circle and see if it checks out if you really like her.
