Would suggest that you post an ad in the newspaper or on a community website that would help target who you really want. In my opinion you are not going to get much of result particularly when most people here are from all over the world. You need to look around your area.

Your post is in violation of the Community Guidelines http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php and if you can't abide by such a comparitively simple set of rules, there's NO WAY I would partner with you on something as complex as taxation.
