You don t have to lose weight...90ibs...perfectly normal for your age!!! stop bothering over that one, girl:)

You are worried about 4lbs? you don`t have a big problem.
Drink a LOT of water. You are 14 years old you do not need to lose weight you are perfectly healthy the way you are and you will be growing until you are 18 so you can expect to gain and that is normal. If you keep this up you will end up sick.

ok stupid if you weigh anything less than 125 at 14 you do not need to lose weight u need to gain some so start eating and working out get some muscle on that bone and stop fretting bout looking like nothing but skin an bone because the real boys dont dig skeletons so start being a individual and stop being so stupid ~deep deep in love!~

You are a good weight for your age. Do not start obsessing about weight at your age. You are an adolescent and you will go through various stages of growth - even spurts from time to time. Do not lose weight.

First off, 90lbs is healthy for your age.

Anyways, get a regimen that burns 3500 more calories than you take in. Every 3500 calories is one pound of weight lost.
