I'm sure there are many people out there that don't have the luxury of speaking to close friends and family when they're in tough situations. It's sometimes hard to find trustworthy people. But as a believer in Christ I know that I'm never alone. Prayer has helped me through lots of bad times. Sometimes I wonder how I made it through. My advice to you would be to stay rooted in prayer. Find positive people to speak with. Read positive and inspiring books. It may not be a walk in the park...but in life...you have to be a fighter to suceed. Best of luck to you...Blessings

I remember feeling the way you describe when I was in my early 20s. I was really down and out for a while, but decided to talk about it - rather than try to hide my problems out of embarrassment. As soon as I started confiding in my family and friends, things didn't look so bleak. Everyone helped in whatever way they could (a small loan, a lead for a job, a blind date set up if I was lonely, etc.). Slowly, I got back on track and you will, too.
Please try to find some support from friends, family or a mental health professional until the clouds break. Best of luck.

Yes, I have been there. I have been in some very dark situations and felt like no one would understand or help me. I put my faith in God and my wife by my side we got through it. There is nothing so bad that it won't get better eventually. The tough times in our lives make us stronger and wiser. Faith and my wife can get me through anything.

I got a job, worked and supported myself. The bad luck did not overcome me.

..well, definitely, i cried.. i even try to question God why things are going bad.. but this are all natural.. so just exprs your feelings, never pretend tat you are strong when yo aare rerally weak, never pretend that you can do it if you really can't.. you look for somebody whom you really trust and try to confide to him/her what's going on in your life.. it's not bad to get angry, it's not bad cry, it's not bad to admit your weakness.. be yourself.. be honest.. most especially, you hold on to God for even things will go really hard for you, God will still fulfill His promise that He will always be there for you.. you just have to fully trust in Him.. i believe things will slowly be settled.. you pray even if it seems we lose faith when things get so tough but you should not let your difficulties in life ruin your future especially your dreams.. there's nothing that is impossible with God.. and He will never give you a burden that you can't carry.. if you have a bible, read it too.. especially the story of Job.. you can do it huh...!

I got to see who I am, examine my life, and decide what I want to be in life.....it was a blessing in disguise.
It can be for you too.
