Canada can sell it for $30.00 with shipping, but its against the law for us to go that route, I don't have that kind of money to spend 125.00 or more every month on my daughters medication, i could afford the 30.00 tho. ive been researching how to get med cheaper or for some help filled out some forms but my daughters gonna be out by sunday, so i having my daughter only take half of what shes suppose to take to make medicine go futher i did contact the doctor today by phone but the doctor never got back with me . Now i have no choice but to wait tell monday. I think the us government needs to do something so we who can't afford meds can legaly get them cheeper through canada or stop the price gouging on medicine. What should i do.

You should make sure your daughter gets the medications she was prescribed. No half doses or whatever. This is serious, don't play games.

One short - term idea : most pharmacies will do "partial" fills on prescriptions. IOW's since you can't afford to have the entire prescription filled , get part of it filled and pay less. Maybe you could get a week's worth / 2 weeks worth. Explain to the pharmacist that you can not afford the entire prescription , the medication is NEEDED for your daughter and ask if they can do a partial fill due to the circumstances.

Long -term : I don't know what state you live in / how old your daughter is, but most states provide some type of medical insurance for minors who's parent hit below a certain income level. If you can't afford $125 / mo for her meds than you probably would qualify if she is a minor. Contact your county / state welfare / human resources office.
If you make too money to qualify for state assistance, then you may want to work out a new budget to fit the meds in. (obviously) If your daughter is dependent on the medication, pharmacuetical companies will help you out if you contact them directly. The people who make the meds will basically send you the meds for free (for a certain amount of time) if you have a prescription and state that you can ot afford them but they are medically necessary. Find out what pharmaceuticla company maufacturs the medication and go from there. A local hospital may be able to provide you with the address to write / number to call / further info.

Also, have you seen the commercials with montel williams? Peoples prescription plans or something like that can give financial assistance.

Hope that helped, and good luck.

Some states will give your daughter free insurance if you make under a certain amount of money. I was on CHIP, medications were $3, appointments were $3. Also, go to http://www.depakoteer.com and click the Orange box. It directs you to PPA which will help pay for medications. Also, try going to http://www.nami.org/ for help. The Utah nami is very helpful, maybe your area's can help you.

There are ways to get medications from canada without being caught, but if you do get caught you will be paying a lot more than $125 to the government.

So........get the meds from Canada. You won't be the first, you won't be the last. Just do it. Your daughters health is more important than anything, cutting her meds by half is NOT going to help her.
