Minimum 1 TV Set & 1 cable connection is required ,..Because, one can watch TV while the others would be busy to eat as their choice.And maximum 5 TV with cable connection is required. so the No. of TV sets will be 1 to 5 and cable connections also be same.

Buy your own.....make the others get a job and EARN their TV...they'll appreciate it more.
Unless, of course you're opening a home for the disabled.....
Then just give them 5 TVs and 5 cable units.....
Or better yet, 4/4 and make them PUBLIC TVs.......

the solution lies not in the number of tv sets, but a house which face a tv dealers showroom.
upside - no tv sets to buy, no high electricity, no cable charges.
downside - no sound but you can enroll in lip reading courses.
