What is a proven way to collect knowledge among team of seasoned engineers?

Ask / get them all together for a study sesion (more likely a couple of days before an exam).
Agree a set or problems to be solved during the study sesion.
LEAD the sesion, you and only you.
The rest of the people will start to let you know "the way" as long as you can lead ALL the excercises.
