What's going on in America, a land that use to worship God?

I'm a twenty one year old young adult, I've been in the word heavily recently and have never given into the trends of my youth but I can't help to feel the burden of this generation and notice thins running amuck.

I think there are certain signs that point to Jesus's return. The most glaring of this is the lack of morality in this country. I have been to two different top ranked universities, and seen the same sin. I believe it's harder to find girls with respect for themselves, sexually disciplined, or guys who have morals.

Did god speak directly to this point, that girls will begin to behave as boys, in regard to their sin, aggressiveness etc?

In mixing with non-religious studies, a woman now matches shot for shot the amount of alochol a man drinks, stds are taking over he majority of everyone. Anyone see the rapture at the doorstep?

The scriptures speak of such persons:

2Ti 3:1 But understand this, that in the Last Days there will come times of difficulty.
2Ti 3:2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,
2Ti 3:3 heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good,
2Ti 3:4 treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
2Ti 3:5 having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power.

America has no organized religion, Americans do. In the absence of a government recognized denomination, there is the American Civil Religion.

You are not the first to see the next generation lacking, but that does not mean we are at the end times. Whatever you see will not change Acts 1:7.

Be joyful. It is not enough to be heavily in the word, you need to be the word. Start with our restrictions 1 Cor 10:23-24

Actually I see "rapture" at the door step everytime someone who pretends to know as much about the "current nation's state" as you do. I saw it with Hitler, Moussilini, Stalin, the people working so hard to wipe out a pesky race of people in Darfur. Its the same "holier than thou" attitude that has ended in blood shed since the beginning of history.

You definitely put a spin on things when you blame it on the idea that girls are perhaps behaving as wildly as men have in the past, minus the rape, steal and plunder thing. They are just getting their last sh--s and giggles before they take on the world and force men like you to be slaves to their homes.

As for the comment about America being a nation that used to worship God, you obviously don't know your history. Many of the founding fathers were ATHEISTS and agnostics. Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson... look it up.

3rd Millenium. Time for change. Stay cool... the girls and guys haven't changed - you maybe just aren't aware of the 60s. Or the 70s. Or the 80s. Or the 90s. Remember, when you try to compare sin and morality with the not-so-distant past that ya weren't even there to take a reading, young'un. And your sexism is showing big-time.

Although I do not like all that is going on, I'm certainly not suprised. If you will recall in scripture, the Apostle Paul tells us in Romans how things will be in the coming days before the end times. It's like reading the newspaper or watching the news. It's like experiencing life as we are experiencing it now. He talks about people being "lovers of self", "haters of God", "those who worship the creation, rather than the Creator", that people will be "backbiters, adulterers, fornicators, liars....etc" Kind of hit it on the head, didn't he?

If you truly believe in the Word of God, then you will see that all these things will come to pass, and then Christ will come back and clean all this insane mess up. And those who believe in Him and trust Him as their Savior will go to be with Him.......where He is. Isn't that wonderful?

What's wrong with women drinking like men? Why point out the differences in sexes? Couldn't you have just said that there is too much drinking in general?

Millions are still worshiping God. Millions are still serving and telling people about His love and power. How about you? Can people see God in your life? Remember you will be judged on what you have to the Lord Jesus Christ. Time is getting short. Better do something rather questioning.

there has always been signs that has been happening over time. The story of Sodom and Gomorrah is on, sexual immorality so i am not sure just be watchful and prayerful
