It might have been up to a size 42. Let's leave it from a 40 to a 36.

I'm 6'2 and 20 years old.

Not that the age really matters. When I was a size 40 I weiged 245 pounds

About how many pounds did I drop?

It is hard to say how many pounds you lost because you could have toned up and lost inches and not lose any pounds. I would suggest you get a scale and a tape measure to keep up with your inches and pounds you have lost. Good luck, because you are off to a good start.

Hard to answer since part (or even all in some rare cases) could come from muscle toning due to an increase in your exercise level. You could have lost fat and gained muscle.

You have to know someone with a scale?

Well, don't you have scale?

I'd guess you lost at least 30lb, but surely you must know how much weight you lost.
