My 1st relationship lasted for 1 year plus and just ended about a mth ago because both of us felt that we needed some space to ourselves.
Now that a mth has passed, I'm not sure if I should try to get back together with him. What should I do? I feel that he has something for me. The bond we shared was so strong before and its still present now.

I did try to ask him out for a date but he said he wasn't ready yet. I don't want to keep asking him because I'm afraid that it will push him away from me further.

You are right, don't push him. If he wants you back he will call you. It is only a month since you broke off give him time and give yourself time also to reevaluate your relationship. It is only natural to feel the bonding , but let keep busy first .

..well, why not approach him.. it's not bad to ask him because you already had one strong relationship before.. why let both of yourself suffer when you still love each other.. you can invite him, go to your favorite place, remind him of your happy past, then talk about your relationship.. if you love each other, things will work out right .. there's no harm in trying.. maybe, he is just also waiting for you.. because he's not sure if you still want him.. go girl...!

If he hasn't seen you for months and has a sparkling female pal, he's clearly moved on no offense. yet, in case you choose him back you may in basic terms get a extra effectual finding boyfriend than him and notice if he gets jealous and starts chatting with you returned.

sound him out. in case he'd already embarked on another relationship. otherwise, i would think you can start small by sending him smses or emails. if he replies maybe that's an indication that he might be interested in patching up too. :) all the best!

he might wanna get back with you.but later change his mind about you when he meet another girl. so I would just move on with your life and find some one else. your just wasting your time on this loser.because he could of replaced you for another girl already. that's how some guys are.
