Not in a pill form. Human growth hormone (HGH) therapy may be used for people suffering from dwarfism, usually children whose bone-growth plates have not fused yet. However, they have to be given as injections because HGH would be destroyed by the liver if administered orally in a pill form.

I do not believe in a growth pill, but there is hormonal growth treatment.

It is normally given when a child's growing abilities go beserk, for whatever reason. There are two synthetic forms of human growth treatment, Protropin and Humatrope. I'm assuming they are given as injections, but I'm unsure.

They used to extract real human growth hormones from cadavers until the mid 80's, when they found it was contaminated by a microbe that caused a fatal brain illness.

if someone sells you pills that claim that they make you grow taller, than its just a placebo. though it is possible for you to gain a couple of inches by taking them, you have to have a strong belief in the placebo for it to take effect. the reason it would work is because it will eventually embed in your sub conscience that your going to get taller, and it would trigger greater testosterone spurts and would cause a greater amount of facial hair growth, deeper voice, and a growth spurt. but if your over 20 or so, then its too late and they will have no effect.
