Give her a helium balloon, a pink long stemmed rose, a card, and take her to a movie. The balloon she can tack on her wall, the rose she can dry out and keep on her dresser, the card she can put in a memory book, and the movie will be a memory. That way she'll see not only what you gave her but your thoughtfulness.

Get 14 of her favorite flowers and all through out the day at school have random people give her flowers but the key thing is you need to think of 14 things you love about her and when you have these people give her the flower they have to say one of them to her and you give her the last flower and tell her Happy Birthday and the last thing you love about her.

Girls love jewelry!!!! You should get her a ring or a nice necklace. Bracelets are nice too. If that's too much then a nice buqet of roses would make her sooo surprised.Find out what her favorite color is. Maybe you could buy roses that color.

it doesn't have to be the traditional card, candy, flowers, jewelry, perfume...ect. i mean, those things are nice, but think outside the box. something memorable.
