I know I should say "nothing for 4 hours before"
but I really like Breakfast for Midnight snack and a good old
big bowl of cereal, or maybe a peanutbutter and jelly
sandwich. But oh, baby if there is left over spaghetti
I'm so there. Or creamcheese and w/w crackers.
Gees look at that no wonder I have a sleep disorder. ;o)

I know it's bad but I like chocolate ice cream.Or chocolate n peanut butter ice cream by Baskin Robbins.I feel a twinge of guilt but then after the first bite it all goes away.

Protein within 2 hours before bedtime.
Otherwise I either can't fall asleep, or can't stay asleep.
Likely due to hypoglycemia.

your not supposed to eat for at least 2 hours before you go to bed so the food dosent just sit in your stomachand soak in and make you fat
