the religous places have been converted to picnic spots.can something be done about it?

places like vaishnodevi are prone to unclean environment because people seem to have mingled pilgrimage with fun which is unfair.government also seems careless about taking any action against the unclean environment all the way from Katra to Trikut parvat.Litter, spit, unclean and choked toilets, no water or toilet facilities, no security to check the menace in between way,like certain people who dont mind smoking on the way which is not allowed, no proper sweepers etc. this shows that for people it is more of a picnic spot than a religous place and for government it is just a medium to earn revnue.And so what about the years olod importance of the place.Who will think of the cleanliness? who will help in maintaining the religous significance of the place? who will take care that toilets are maintained? who will make sure that the ways are neat and clean? do we spit or smoke or **** in choked toilets at our homes?? no i guess. then why at GOD Almighty's Home?wholl look in to it?
