With proper nutrition and body cleansing combined, I've seen women lose 7-10lbs in 9 days or 20 in one month, safely and with relative ease. Men can lose almost twice this amount. The key is a program that both cleanses the body at the cellular level and that also has adequate nutrition. I'd say that it's possible to lose 30-60 lbs in 3 months, if you faithfully follow a cleansing and nutritional program.
The cleansing sets the body up so that when proper nutrition is introduced, the body is able to do what it's designed to do - heal itself. Part of the healing process is the removal of fat which the body uses to protect itself from toxins in the body. The body cleansing process removes these toxins from fat cells and then the body will release the extraneous fat as it's no longer necessary to hold onto it to protect the body.
.
The good news is that when you lose weight using this method, your body is in a much better position when you reach your weight loss goals. No longer does it seem like you have a 'set point' for your metabolism. Thus, it's easier to maintain your weight loss.
I can provide you with tons of proof that what I am saying is the real deal - feel free to email me.

I tell everyone this one. I watch my soda intake. I was putting on the weight and I cut out one soda and I dropped a few pounds. I then allowed my self to have one a day. Now I fill a glass full of ice and pour my soda over that then I sip on it, not drink. If I'm thirsty I drink water, the soda is for enjoyment and kind of an award too.
Here is a motivation for you. Every day undress and stand naked in front of a mirror. That will motivate you to not eat the whole pie but just a slice. Try and eat healthy stuff, there are lots of diets online.
Eat all the veggies you want but limit you main course to just one helping, don't go back for seconds - only for more veggies and watch out for sauces and gravies. Don't put extra mayo or cheese on food.
You can do it. Really :)

Well depends on what type of excerise you are doing. I asked my Dr. the same question and he told me a safe wait loss is 2 - 5 lbs a month. I would stay away from those stupid diets they will make you see results qucker, but you will pay in the end when your tired of eating steak and pork rines for dinner everynight and you gain all the weight you lost back. I would just eat more veggies, chicken and fish and cut down on snacks after 6pm. and if you play alot of video games, try to do 10 push ups / sit ups between each level or game.
Good Luck!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Eat only olive oil.Oils are pure fat, have as little as possible. Drink skim milk only or non- dairy milk. No butter, margarine or cheese. No mayo, or eggs. No beef or pork. Eat tons of friuts and veggies. Eat nuts and seeds to replace omega's if you cut out eggs and don't eat fish. Fish is leaner than meat. That's good. Drink more than eight glasses of water per day. Don't eat ANY sugar or gluten (that is a sugar too). Rice is better than other grains for limiting calories. Potato is starchy and that's not good. Don't lift weights it makes you look bigger instead do some running, dancing, biking, or skating, anything that makes you breathe hard. In three months you could lose about twenty to thirty pounds or more.

I'm not sure about teenagers, but adults should only lose about 1% of body weight per week for healthy weight loss, so maybe 1 - 2 lbs. a week. Any more than that and you are probably losing muscle tone, which is unhealthy. Good, inexpensive exercises for maintaining muscle tone is using toning bands; or you could try light dumbbells (exercises or use while walking in place). Be sure to do cardio and strength training.
