wow I never thought of freezing marshmallows, but once I microwaved them and they expand like 10 fold. it's so funny!

Yes they can! If they can be freeze dried, like what you find in Nestle Instant Cocoa packets, than you can definitly freeze fresh ones.

just pop it in the freezer! the only thing is... i don't think it will taste as good. no fluffy-ness.
