Father in-law passed away last year from it and we think he was exposed to chemicals at his work. FMC is a company that made street sweeper vehicles but is no longer in business.

The difficulties with this case would be that the dust and dirt that your father in law was regularly stirring up could also have triggered the cancer. Or not. No one knows why one person will get cancer but another person will not. Unless you can prove that there is a higher incidence of leukemia from street sweepers in general . . not sure if you have a case.

There have been investigations in regards to the lungs of street sweepers being exposed to the daily job of stirring up dust. But reports are inconclusive.

I'm sorry about your father in law. It may well be that his job triggered the leukemia. Its something you may never know.
