2.In travel thro flight there are people to attend to the needs of the passengers. during the course of the service if they are not responding with good manners you may get dissatisfied and lead to not travel in that flight next time.

3.Good hospitality is the serve the needs of the people without asking and in flight it is 50:50.

4.people paying big money will naturally expect it and dissatisfaction will lead to business loss to that air travel industry.

5.Hence hospitality is need most. there is a competition among airline on this aspect as who Will give good hospitality.

6. The work involves helping them in locating the seat, keeping their lugages, serving the food, helping the kids, offering the required medcine in case of need, helping the elderly people, requesting their choice of food, serving the drinks etc.,
