I believe she has pretty much said that Islam is demeaning to women.
and that got her a death sentence. she now lives like salman rushdie.
strange thing is that her writing, at least when translated into English, isn't that good.

Sorry to assert I definitely have not heard of the lady. i am going to seem at her information superhighway-web site almost immediately yet as to her receiving an honour, I don;t be conscious of. what's the criteria? surely no longer in simple terms for writing an anti-Islam e book? for sure her life could no longer be threatened and that i have not started to verify any Muslim putting ahead a strong reason behind such threats, a minimum of ones that are ideal to a civilised society.

AM NOT SURE IF THE WRITING IS AGAINST THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAM, BUT CERTAINLY THE INTERPRETATION IS.

not so sure, but i think her book "LAJJA" had some pretty anti muslim stuff....
