I don't eat much fruit. I can eat any melon by itself without a problem. But apples and bananas; It tastes ok to me but I want to make it apart of my daily diet andeating them alone I just cant. Would it be ok if I mixed a banana in the blender with a bit of chocolate syrup to make a banana-chocolate smoothie? And dipped apples in peanut butter? Or would I be better off just seldomly eating these rather than mix it up like that? I know the peanut butter isnt so bad but I know the chocolate syrup is and I know bananas are great for you.

So my basic question is, will the pros of having the banana each day outweight the cons of havig a bit of choc. syrup with it? and the same with the apple and peanut butter.

Do you like strawberries? Why not make Strawberry Banana Smoothies instead? They are a healthier and actually taste really good if you like strawberries. As far as the peanut butter and apples, you should be fine unless you plan on using a whole jar of pb per apple.

A bit of chocolate syrup won't hurt you, but it would probably be better not to do that every single day. Maybe just once or twice a week.

The peanut butter is fine as long as you don't eat it everyday and late at night. The chocolate is fine if you want to gain some weight. Try adding ice, banana, sugar and some milk if you want.

both are totally good snacks. just a bit of choc syrup is nothing too bad for you.

try pears and apricots and plums if you can too- they're super good. berries are also full of anti oxidents. and great for smoothies!
