If I were you, don't use it! It's a bad thing to do...no... much worst- A CRIME! Would you rather live your life guilty and spend your days in JAIL and have to spend a lot of money?
If I were you, give it back. And you may not know, the owner might give you something in exchange. And what's more? there's this feeling that you'll feel because you know yuo have done a great thing. You know you will be rewarded above which I think is more important than the money in the card.
So it will be your choice. Reward from above or below?

That's not honest. You should hope that if someone found your card that they would hand it in rather then steal from you. For all you know the card could belong to a single parent and that is all the money they have to feed their children or an elderly person who cant even afford to pay their bills and you want to steal from them? If you do I only hope that when you are at your brokest someone steals from you!

I wouldn't. Even if you can get away with it, wouldn't be right. Would you want someone to raid your account if you lost your card & PIN? Like the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. So turn it in to the bank or to a police station.
