i neeeeeed to gain weight back
i am 16 5 foot 3 inches and 98 lbs . i need to gain atleast 5 lbs back . i do not want to get flabby though =[ idk how to gain the weight back . today i ate
a 70 cal. yogurt
about a 350 egg and cheese on a english muffin
a 240 bowl of soup
a chicken caesar salad
and right before i went to bed i ate stuff from the salad bar like onion cucumbers grapes tomatoes lettuce and beans .. etc
how many calories do you think all of this is ?
how many calories should i be eating a day ?
is this enough calories today ??
what are the right foods to eat to gain weight but still stay toned ??
PS does instant black coffee have calories ?? like tasters choice ??
