what are the signs / smells when someone is doing crack? how can i tell if they are doing it, and what kind of clues should i look for?

The answers that have already been posted are telling you physical signs, but the physical signs, such as bad skin, picking at self etc. come when the drug use has been going on for awhile (months). There are before and after pictures on the web of crack users that you can look up. Anyway, the earlier signs would be wakefulness, agitation, dialated eyes, no appetite. If you think they are cooking it, you would smell a urine type smell. There might be amonia, batteries and paraphernalia. You should really look this up on the web as there is a lot more information than what I can give you here.

hhmm i dont know . i live in brooklyn ny so i see it all the time the crack head her look skinny and they shack a lot and they try to sell u any thing. door handle i mean anything for crack

They tend to pick at their skin b/c they feel like something is crawling under there.

well being antisocial, moody etc anything thats different from the usual.
